- Small Groups
We value children at Beacon Hill . . . they are the church of tomorrow. As such, we seek to engage them in a relationship with Jesus Christ and connect them to the church through Biblical knowledge and values. We endeavor to do so through fun and innovative means. We utilize curriculum that captures their imagination and invites them to go on a journey. On this journey, the Biblical truth and values are reinforced through group activities and small center “hands on” creative projects.
Every Sunday morning our children meet in age appropriate small groups to engage in Bibles stories and character building lessons. In this setting they are able to connect with a caring teacher, their classmates and the Bible. You may have known it as “Sunday School” we you were growing up, but we see that it is all about making a CONNECTION with God, His Word, and His People.
It is our goal to provide safe, God-centered care for our most precious possessions, our babies. We provide care for our infants (under the age of two) at all of our main services on Sunday and during our mid-week Wednesday service. Our nursery care-providers (both paid and volunteers) have been trained and have undergone a thorough background check.
